Pure Water Window Cleaning

For many commercial properties, we prefer to use water-fed poles and pure water technology. We scrub your windows with brushes attached to water-fed poles and then rinse with purified water. Normal tap water contains dissolved solids that are left behind as spots on glass once the water dries. Our water purification systems remove these dissolved solids and ions creating “thirsty” water that wants to return to its natural state. It does this by removing soil from the glass surface in a way that is similar to how soap works. A final rinse with purified water allows your windows to dry without spotting. Additionally, this method thoroughly cleans the frames and sills which will keep your windows cleaner, longer. The result is streak-free, spotless windows. Construction Window Cleaning Services

Here at Major Panes, we service all kinds of commercial properties, including properties under construction. We safely remove limited amounts of plaster, paint, silicone, wood stain, stickers, tape and plastic sheeting from windows. Most construction debris is removed with glass scrapers although some debris can be removed by alternate means.

Due to the widespread issue with poor quality heat-treated glass, we require a scratch waiver to be signed prior to any construction window cleaning. Occasionally, tempered glass is cooled with embedded debris which can become dislodged and scratch the glass during normal construction window cleaning (see photo below).
